Townies,
on Saturday January 30th at the EFL Winter Meetings 5 new teams were voted into the league. Two of these teams have been playing in other leagues (Ravens and Bears). The other three teams are new startup teams with a good plan to commitment to playing in 2010.
The Seacoast team has left to play in the single A division of another league so this gives the league 12 teams going into 2010.
